Meditation saved my life! 

I have been meditating everyday for over 20 years and I have chosen one type of meditation which is easy to do at anytime and everywhere.

I was in Hawaii in 1995 and that was when I was introduced to the Hawaiian meditation method at first I thought that is not for me. I went on to try other methods. In 1997 I moved to Florida and again I joined different kinds of meditation classes but still I did not get really into meditation. Then I moved back to Switzerland I became a mother during that time I did not meditate was so busy rising my kids. After my messy separation with my ex husband 2003 I needed to escape into another world at least mentally, so I tried meditation again still it was not easy but I kept on trying I went to so many workshops and classes but nothing worked. My life was a mess with a lot of issues and two little children and no money, my life was full of struggles but the Universe kept telling me to keep on trying with meditation and prayers.

Until I remembered, the Hawaiian meditation “Ho’oponopono” translated into 4 sentence in English is:

1. I love you 
2. I am sorry 
3. Please forgive me 
4. Thank you 
This meditation works wonders. It Heals, it removes very deep rooted negative beliefs, it helps people to learn how to forgive, it helps people learn how to attract whatever they want in their life and it is all about love. I combine this meditation with my grandmother meditation method which she taught me when I was little girl.

I was brought up by my grandmother who was a very successful farmer and meditated for her plants, she loved nature.She would say prayers out loud and sometimes she would just sit in silent and meditate. Most people think praying is different from meditation to me prayers or meditation is all the same thing. And it is the only way to reach to your higher source. I say Meditation to all kinds of prayers as it is a way to connect to your highest source, I combine my grandmother meditation and Ho’oponopono.
